Review: My little sister was the first to get married in my immediate family. She went to Bianca's Bridal and purchased not only her bridal gown there, but chose her bridesmaids dresses from there as well. The day that all the bridesmaids and my sister the bride went in for a consultation, the staff was very pleasant and helpful! They helped us select what we thought would be the perfect bridesmaid dress. The sticker price on the dress was $190 plus tax. When I ordered my dress the consultant told me the dress would be $190 plus 14.49 tax. She then proceeded to measure me in order to order the correct size. After she wrote down my mesurements, she told me that I needed a size 24 dress. I could not believe what I was hearing. I have never in my life ordered such a big size in any gown. I told the consultant this and she said that this dress de singer ran small so that is why I would need such a large size and I'd also need to pay an additional $40 for plus size fees. I asked if j could just get a smaller size and the consultant said it would simply not fit. I was not happy with this but I paid it because I do need the dress for my sisters wedding. Once my dress arrived and I went in to try it on, the dress was HUGE! It was so big in all areas that I had to hold the dress on in order for it to hold up if not it would fall to the floor! The seamstress then told me that it was no problem the dress was so big because they could just alter it for an additional $65. I was so upset when u heard this. I feel that I was just ripped off because I had told them prior to them ordering the dress that it would be too big and they didn't care. The customer service also changed at this point. They were nonger pleasant or as helpful. They seemed to be irritated with me as if I had done something wrong. The only reason I paid for this dress is because it was my sisters wedding and of course I had to be in it! I must admit though if it hadn't been for that, I would have NEVER paid a total of $323.77 for this dress.Desired Settlement: I just feel that I got completely ripped off by this business. I even feel discriminated because I am a thicker girl. I feel that they saw the perfect opportunity to rip me off because of my size. I would NEVER go to this business again or recommend it to anyone! It's a huge fraud there! The dress went from originally costing $190 to in the end me paying $323.77. If possible I would prefer a full refund. For this horrible experience, or at least all those additional fees that I paid reimbursed.

Review: I purchased a $550 dress over the phone, we were given the incorrect size. When the order was placed I were never informed of the terms and conditions of the order. I was never informed of the return/exchange policy. I also informed the girl over the phone that the soze sounded too big and that I wore a size medium(10/12 petite) and I was reassured that the dress would fit me exactly. When I received the dress I saw how incredibly large it was and I placed a phone call. The different girl I spoke with said they didn't accept returns, nothing about no exchanges. I took the dress to get altered and the woman, Lauren, measured the dress at a size 20 on the mannequin she had and even then it fit way too big. She even recommended I exchange the dress because if she altered it it would be like if she was constructing a whole new dress since she'd have to take it all apart. Keep in mind I already spend $550 on it with an additional $350+ in alteration costs. It was that much altering that had to be done. I then called Bianca's Bridal and spoke with Yolanda(whom which I believe is the owner) and she said she would have to call me back because the receipt was in a file. Well she never called back and when I called her back she was extremely rude, stating that they have a no return/exchange policy, and the receipt says all sales are final (also keep in mind that those terms were NEVERMIND discussed, and I will stans by my word on that), but the receipt also has a section in which you have to initial if you are completely satisfied with the services and/or products received by the shop, which obviously I am not. I was not asking to return, I need to exchange. But even when I told her that I was never told the terms and conditions she was very rude. I am a very honest person and I would not lie about a matter like this.Desired Settlement: Since they were not willing to work with me at all I need to get that money refunded. I was very polite the entire time and I was willing to exchange. I'm not asking for my money back because I feel it was a mistake but the fact that they were so rude and couldn't work or accommodate me I need this money back. It is a lot of money for me. Now I have to look for and buy another dress .
