Biba insurane failed tofilr an insurance claim and refused to give me a claim numberor even to notify the proper insurer of the accident. theylied to me multiple times and only after I filled a complaint with the Revdex.com did I receive a claim number. My claim  is still open with them and has not been resolved, even though the driver they insure has admitted guilt

I am rejecting this response because:I have heard nothing from Biba Ins, however, I appeared in lathrop and filed my claim in June 2015, they took pictures on my damage caused by [redacted] I also faxed copies of my estimates to the adjuster

Review: They won't give me a claim number and have decided that they were not going to since the damages were less than the drivers deductible. Hey never gave me a claim number but after repeated phone calls he said he would send a check for the damages, but I would have to wait till the driver could afford to pay me since he is a new driver.Desired Settlement: I sent him the lowest estimate. I am driving illegally with my mirror being ripped off. I want the cost to repair and either pay for a rental while in the shop. Or pay me my wadges to take in to be repaired. I feel like I am being lied to I never received a claim number and he repeatedly said he would call me back, never has. He has acknowledged the drivers guilt yet won't file a claim. I should not have to file against my insurance nor wait till the driver can pay me. That's what insur is 4
