We sent their deposit back in the time alotted, however when the letter was addressed the address was missing one number clerical error, when the tenant called we let her know that we sent it out and verified the address at that point we let
them know that we had not received there check back to us eitherIt finally came back within the same week that we talked, We sent it out on 8/and it was not returned to us till 8/I cant control the uspsOn the 20th I put the original letter with return to send in a new envelope with correct address and mailed it same day, I would like this complaint removed

The check was mailed out on the original date that the stated, however being there is only about people in that office and the fact I provided them with a written note with the correct address, the clerical error does not fly with meNot to mention the post office sent it back to them on the 15th and they did not get it back into the mail until the 20thWhich I finally received it on the 22ndIn addition they did not address the fact how they refused to address repairs that needed to be madeThey even charged me $for a step which there was no damages caused by usI wrote off that $dollar charge just so I did not have to deal with them any longerThis property management gives the true meaning to slumlordAfter having to go to the board of health and safety, my wife falling on a broken step that they knew was an issue and the owner of the house told them and us at the same time that the step was defective and needs to be replaced, they did nothing until I brought it to their attention I would take legal actionThe property management owner brought out a friend to put up a single battery operated fire alarm and used wood glue to fill in the huge hole missing out of the step and glued down the carpetOf course this did not resolve the issue bit in their eyes, the problem was resolvedI do not accept their response because they showed no responsibility as a business and have zero business ethics

The Guest was informed that deposit take up to 30-45 days for return. We have a part time bookkeeper and that is the return time for this process.
