I'm not disputing the warranty. I'm disputing the fact it was installed improperly. If you install something improperly it doesn't matter what the warranty is the product is not going to hold up Had the door been installed properly I wouldn't of had to do the maintenance to the door. I am requesting the pay the $it will cost to have the parts replaced.
