do remember [redacted] and his order placed on 02/25/2015 but it was placed under the name of [redacted] not [redacted].We just implemented a new shipping system called "[redacted]" and it is possible that the order placed was hung up in our system. [redacted] called and was undecided whether or not he wanted the order cancelled and upon several conversations with Ms. E[redacted] he finally decided to cancel his order. It was my decision to; on good faith, send him his order anyway at no cost for product or shipping.[redacted] sent our company a donation of $25.00 so that we could improve our Customer Service Dept. and I was very gracious thanking him for his kind and generous donation.
