Hello, Since the customer head contact us months after placing this order, The tracking were not updated anymore and can not be tracked, We couldn't contact the shipping carrier because of thisEither Way we communicated with the buyer, And gave a full refund

I received your email and as I was reading yours I received an email from Bic Warehouse regarding the other itemsThey say it was an error and will issue me a refund for $13.12, they took the $and divided it by and will give me back the They say it will take to hours for the
refund on my credit card to showI left you a message on your phone ext:26, I will call you on Tuesday to let you know if I received the refundI would like to thank you *** for all your help and effort in helping me resolve this issue, with out your help I would have never heard from them

Our return policy is 30 days but for defective for damaged items as per our policy defective items must be claimed within 14 days.  We have made an exception and customer has been fully refunded and notified. Thank you,
