Dealer sold us a car with no oil car broke down 5 miles had it towed mechanic says no oil in car motor blown dealer will not answer my call or text.I went on craigslist looking for a car. seen a 2002 Saturn vue. called dealer went up to Worcester mass from Providence on 11/26/2013 seen the car it was not the car that he posted but this car was still a good car. We looked at it dealer assured us that all fluids are good and it was drivable. we got about 5 miles away from dealership car started smoking and broke down paid 305$ to have towed to my mechanic. called dealer as I was being towed adv. him that the car broke down and the tow company says there was no oil in the car. after he assured us that there was and the car was drivable. he said no I checked there was oil in the truck just have it towed. I told him it might be the motor he said no the motor was fine. I told him I would call him back once I herd back from mechanic. once the mechanic looked at it he said there was no oil in motor and the motor locked up and is no good. I tried to call the dealer I tried to text the dealer he will not answer my calls or texts. All he did was lie to us he says that only thing wrong with a vehicle was the seals and that was only a 200$ he also sold us this car without a inspection sticker. I am so upset because he was a dealer I trusted him. I paid 900$ cash for the car. I do not have the guy name all my information is with the car in the shop.I know is that he is the owner of dealership and his cell phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX his business number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. Desired Settlement I would like for him to pay for the car to be fixed that coast is 1,400 for motor and 600$ for labor. and I would like for him to pay for the towing from mass to are mechanic.
