Not professional was the receipt I received today in the mailIt didn't indicate all of the cash I paid, or the complete paymentsThe invoice stated that I still owed $1.00, which is so stupid. I paid the entire amount due at the time of the repair jobI paid all of it right away, because MR
Bickley said he wanted the payment in cashThat was a surprise to me, as I usually pay my debts with a credit cardI gathered up what cash I had in the house and gave him EXACTLY $in cash, and a check for $to pay the bill completely.So when I got the invoice from Bickley's today I consider it ludicrous that they still are trying to charge me $because they do not know how to count, properly.Please do review this case, again, because this company has not been truthful or helpful in the details we are dealing with today.Your taxpaying citizen, Pat Driver, trusting you can or will make a difference...(But I've seen your lack, too...so who is paying you so much money to do nothing???).Lackidazical 100...who gets the reward? disgusted w/your lack of help

We have bent over backwards to please Mrs***We cannot carry all the possible motors that all coolers would needWe returned to the shop and ordered the motorWhen it came in, we returned to Mrs***'s house and installed the motorThat would normally be a hour labor charge, but we only charged her for an hour and a half labor, which was $129.Nothing we seem to do makes Mrs*** happySo if she would like, we will return to her house and take out the motor and return all her money, including her original check and the $cash.Please let us know if she would like to go that route.Sincerely,Frank Bickley

I am rejecting this response because:the invoice that *** sent me was not accurate, eitherThe amount I paid for the services was$That was for the complete service of replacing a motor in less than an hour-which I was charged 1/hour for. The emphasis is, the "invoice " that Gretcen evenually sent me at her convenience was inaccurate. What is wrong with these people? Its beyond," excuse me I made a mistake"Because they wouldn't offer me any proper receipt until I contacted youThen, the "invoice" that *** sent me in the mail is not accurateCome on, where can I get some honest business service in this area?
