To whom it may concern:We are sorry if there are some misunderstandings regarding the *** ***'s vehicle purchase.Una purchased a theft protection product at the time of sale. Unfortunately, this is a non-cancellable item. The price and terms were clearly listed on the
signed theft protection document, purchase order, and retail installment contract.As far as the warranty cancellation, management was not aware of the request to cancel. According to Ms***, she had contacted a salesman requesting the cancellation. This particular salesman is no-longer with Bickmore Auto Sales. As soon as we received the Revdex.com complaint, we reached out to Ms*** and asked that she send us a formal request to cancel the warranty. She then sent us the request and we have processed the warranty cancellation. As soon as we receive the refund, we will indeed send the entire sum to the finance company which will reduce the amount owed by Ms***. Best regards,Brian D***General Manager
