Customer purchased bike on june 2016, she had a problem with flat tires which is an issue in this areaAfter five months of owning the bike she wanted her money back in fullAt this point the bike was used and with flat tires with multiple thorns in tiresAs a gesture of good will we gave her a credit of 725$ on a now used bike and car rackI reiterate used, the bike was now faded and with flat tiresThe car rack was filthy and used! We still gave her 725$ credit on the used productsAs for the rack she wanted us to special order the rack was 699.99$ plus tax which totals 753.54$ there was no additional charges tacked on to the sale of the rackWe took the rack out of the box to make sure that the rack had all it's parts and was a functioning, we did in fact made sure the rack functioned by installing a bike and only one bike in the rack, we did so we could show her how the rack worked, but you cannot work with irrational peopleHer complaints are at best unreasonable and we look forward to a quick resolution to this ridiculous matter!
