Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: We have clearly reached an impasse with the store manager and we could go on back and forward foreverIt boils down to the following: They argue the bike is one size, we argue it is a different reality is, it is too small and unsuitable for [redacted] height, weight and size.The wheels are in size and this is part of the complaint: they are unsuitable to [redacted] size and cadence and they are almost obsolete in the market: it’s really difficult to find replacementsWe didn’t damage the bike, they sold it as used bike and unless they can’t prove it, they c***ot argue otherwise We are sking for a refund, nor suing bike Renaissance for the damage incurred in [redacted] ***’s hands due to the incorrect bike fittingWe are only asking for a suitable bike for [redacted] ***In light of the lack of disposition from Bike Renaissance to act within the ethical guidelines that should dictate any business’ conduct in the United States; we appeal to the Revdex.com’s capacity to reach an agreement that goes in accordance with the State of NY business ethics and what should be the store’s business: getting its customers safely on the road In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

The manufactures serial # with the size labeled B-The correct sizing for this Frame is center of head tube to center of seat tube which is 50cm.The correct seat tube measurement is center of Bottom Bracket to top of seat collar which is 50cmTell us why here

[redacted], Here is our response to the complaint. The condition that the bike was returned to us was notin the condition we sold it originally. The owner will not except a return in this condition for the reason that we can't re-sell as a used damaged product. Regards,  [redacted]...

We didn’t damage the bike, they sold it as used bike and unless they can’t prove it, they c[redacted]ot argue otherwise.  We are sking for a refund, nor suing bike Renaissance for the damage incurred in [redacted]’s hands due to the incorrect bike fitting. We are only asking for a suitable bike for [redacted]. The Felp B16 isn't a 50cm bike it is a much smaller.  It is a 44cm bike.  A 50cm bike would fit Ms. S[redacted] perfectly.  Thankfully there was never a crash on the bike in the short time we had it in our possession.  The bike was returned to you in the same condition it was purchased.  Your business is selling “used” bikes.  Do you have the same pictures of the bike when you sold it to us?  As noted the bike is too small for Ms. Smith.  We are simply asking Bicycle Renaissance to replace the bike with one more suitable for her size.  Please let us know when we can bring Ms. S[redacted] into the store to be correctly fitted. Sincerely, [redacted]
