I am new to cycling for sport and really had no idea what I was getting myself into. [redacted], who is the owner, was very patient with me while I explained what I was looking for in a bike and what my skill level was. He was able to make multiple recommendations for a type and style that would work for me and systematically went over the pros and cons of each. I learned more about road cycles in that 5 minutes than I would have even been able to research on my own. With [redacted]'s experience and knowledge in the industry he is like an encyclopedia of information. I was very grateful to be treated with respect and given the time to answer all of my questions in detail.
[redacted] is [redacted] wife and is also extremely knowledgeable in the cycling community. [redacted] helped me find the right gear for my needs and took the time to explain, in detail, each item and the specific need for it. She also helped me pick out the jersey, shorts, shoes and helmet with correct comfort and fit. I felt like I was in great hands from the beginning of my visit to the end.
