Review: I purchased a bike for my wife, which she tried at the store on fairly level ground. When we returned home and she tried the bike on more hilly terrain near the house, the shifting of the gears was terrible. The bike kept skipping gears and slipping sprockets. I tried the bike myself and it did it for me also. The bike has rotating handle shifters and are not precise. My personal bike has thumb shifters and they lock in with no problem. We mentioned this to the store rep and at first he said you may want to upgrade to a better system, which is more expensive. We said no and that we wanted our money back. The rep said there is a learning curve with the shifter.I said my wife tried my bike and had no problems with the changing of gears. We brought the bike back the very next day after purchase and was told no refund because warranty could not be carried over to next purchaser.Desired Settlement: Refund of money for bike.
