However, because I'll have to re-communicate my credit card info (since they no longer have it) in order to receive my refund, and because it's been so difficult to get in touch with this company over the last several months, I would like to keep this complaint open until I have successfully gotten in touch with said company AND received my refund. The last thing I want is for this complaint to be closed prematurely
