We are on the Do Not Call List & this company called us anyway todayThis is an elderly & disabled household & we do not appreciate being bothered by people like this

Got a cold call from Bid-Well. I asked why they called. They said they wanted to service my AC for the summer. I indicated I was on the Do Not Call List, and had never done business with them - so they needed to stop calling and remove my number from their calling list. Then I searched the internet for their number. The Revdex.com site comes up to the company. The company owner is tied to two other companies. One called Solar Bear, and one called Papa Bear. Based on the unsolicited call and the records of the two other companies associated with the owner - this is not a company I would recommend.

Just received a cold call ON MY CELL PHONE from this phone number [redacted]. When I asked the caller why she was calling on my cell phone and how she got the number. She said she was in [redacted] and using an auto dialer. I said my phone number was on the Do Not Call registery. I then asked the company name and if they were in or served [redacted]. She said they did serve [redacted]. After I hung up I Googled Bid-Well Air, LLC and didn't find any listing in [redacted]. The company is in [redacted], below [redacted]. A big HMMMMM with no local listing or not finding a website for the company.

We called Bid-well Air to see why our A/C wasn't working. Jason B[redacted] (owner) said we needed to replace the entire unit. We agreed and he arrived the next day with the new A/C. After he left, we discovered the thermostat did not work and the A/C would not come back on. We called & he sent his workers back, & they opened the thermostat & switched the wires around & left. My husband decided to go into the attic & check on why the heater didn't come on either. He found structural damage to our home. We made numerous phone calls, leaving messages about the remaining problems. We paid $6800 & have not heard back from Jason is over a month.
