Review: I paid $99 to BidWOW.[redacted] after reading all about their site and watching the site for weeks. I have emailed them 4 times with no answer. I entered an auction early and set up the bid butler to not start bidding until the time of 0.09 seconds were left on the clock. I entered the bid butler to use 50 bids starting at the time of 0.09 seconds. It started bidding right away and I lost all of the bids as there is no way to stop it once it starts bidding. It also only bid 31 times and not 50. I decided to "buy the item now" ( a $25 gift card) minus the value of the bids I placed. Or to simply buy it now and have my bids returned, whichever did not matter to me. I wasn't able to do that either as my account shows that I entered zero auctions, I placed zero bids and I used zero auto bids. My account shows I have 144 bids left of the original 175. Which I am not going to use as no one will respond to my emails. The site promises a bidder can buy the item if the auction is not won. The site promises the bid butler can be set for any time during an auction and encourages bidders to use the bid butler if they truly want to win an auction. I did and it started about 1.5 minutes sooner than it was set up to do. Each bidder is allowed one win per day but I have seen the exact same bidders bidding around the clock. Something just isn't right. They have a contact form which is never answered. The phone number associated with the money they removed from my bank account will ring once and then a busy signal. Every time. I lost $99 and I don't know who else to contact except the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: To have the money BidWOW removed from my bank account refunded immediately and my account with that site closed.

Review: Bought stuff from their auction, customer service no one answers, have made no attempt to ship my purchased items and emails me at 2:00am. Items keep disappearin from won auctions.Desired Settlement: To receive all my items I purchased.
