The unit was purchased and freighted to me, arriving 01/09/26. This delay was due to their third-party financing and the holidays.

When it arrived, it was not running. (said dead batteries on the listing). So I dropped it off at my local United Rentals, and they have had it since then.
I instructed United Rentals to get it up and running. They replaced the batteries with 10k new ones, and the unit still would not run. They then pulled the service records and realized this unit had been diagnosed as non-running 2 months before my purchase date. United rentals stated that the unit had been previously bought from Bidadoo and previously sold to an individual before me, who promptly returned it. It appears they used a video of the unit running from the first transaction to add it to their listing, which they sold to me after the fact. The unit is at a United Rentals. They have noted miswiring and missing parts,rust and stated the unit would not run without 15k+ or more in additional repairs above the 10k for batteries.

The listing description is completely wrong, listing things as operational.

I have reached out to the seller and got no escalation whatsoever. Only 1 phone number is listed online, and I can't get any progress on email or calls. At one point, they told me to return the unit to the yard, but took this offer away after learning United Rentals had installed brand-new batteries and "voided the return."

I can send you multiple emails with all this info from them as well, if needed.

Won a bid on a mini track hoe in Feb 25 and pick it up in the Phoenix yard. When I picked it up the yard person gave me a package of accessories in a bag. We loaded the machine on my trailer and I left, when I got home I started looking in the bag for the operators manual and the engine owners manual. They weren't there, I contacted Bidadoo customer service and was informed that they would try to get these manuals for me, that was 6 months age, "NOTHING". I went on line to get information on this machine and found out that it was also suppose to have a tool kit that I did not receive. Makes you wonder if the yard person isn't making extra money selling off these accessories and not giving them to the bid winners or should say "LOSERS". To this day I have heard nothing from BIDADOO. I emailed the Manufacture of the machine and still have not recieved a response from them either. NO MORE BIDADON'T!

I bought 3 items from bidadoo on ebay, one was a mini excavator for $3,500 and the other 2 nail guns for $5 each. they refused to bill me through ebay, the bill had hidden fees of $200, I ended up paying $4000 including the wire transfer fees which was the only option they accept for this amount.

I ordered private shipping for $750 since their shipping quote was around $2000. I received the excavator to find out it had hydraulic leaks in multiple places and a dead battery.

I contacted bidadoo that its a new item and should not have issues, but they told me to tighten the bolts for the hydraulic lines and they did not want any resolution and ignored the dead battery and my messages after. Ebay is a partner with bidadoo and if you leave a negative feedback, it will be removed right away which gives a license to bidadoo to scam buyers and show up with %99.9 feedback which is kind of unlawful.

The other smaller items, the nail guns, I had to pay $50/each handling fees on top of the shipping even though they arrived with no packaging.

We purchased a 2018 Bobcat 3400XL in May of 2024, the video that was included as part of their condition, showed the ATV running. We also purchased the unit because they stated that this was covered by the Business Equipment Purchase Protection. As soon as we received the unit we contacted Bidadoo about the problem and no one has contacted us back. We have taken the ATV to a local dealer and we were told that the engine is blown and "whom ever sold you this unit did just enough to make it run on the video" ! Bidadoo is a scam, a fraud, this is the second time I have purchased an item from them and both times I have been burnt! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

When my man, truck & trailer arrived to pick up the machine at the agreed upon day and time they tried to give us a smaller machine. Our machine had been already shipped out to someone else (proven with serial numbers). My costs over $500 for nothing. They finally delivered the DAMAGED machine NINE days later and will only offer a $250 credit against a future purchase. BUYER BEWARE!

someone internally is running up the bids with multiple accounts which all come back to the same user profile. you will never get a good deal with bidadoo. so bidadon't. it is a scam!

I would like to point out to you I've been a good customer of yours for probably 20 years or more my company's name is Bob s lift trucks I would like to let you know you have a person in your department in Kent her name is April I thought we had a pretty good relationship going business wise to find out we don't she cannot take criticism and she doesn't follow up on phone calls from me or emails in a timely manner furthermore when I call your customer service I'm finding I'm on the phone for a long time I felt that she was a good person for your company fortunately I find she is not maybe you're putting her under too much stress she pretty much named out the issues on her part she doesn't have any control of the company in my relation I haven't got a bad thing to say about April she's been wonderful with me I think your company is going down the toilet because of disregard for your customers you have now cut me off from selling anything through your company therefore you're no good to me anyway because you take too long to auction I am now going to use somebody else to do that for me which is fine and I probably won't be buying anything from you because you have now changed your structure on your website to the worst that's only a personal feeling but to know that you people have destroyed the relationship between me and April is a poor decision I went in and talked to a gentleman by the name of Kevin Sauced found him to be worthless he was not agreeing with me at all he found that I was guilty and I find that I'm just a customer he's a I'm finding that he is not a customer relations person therefore I have no need for you anymore I'm going to take you off of my computer and never do business with you again until I get an apology as a customer thank you

I tried to bid on an auction with Bidadoo Auctions and was denied because of two vehicles I bought from them in 2016. They say everything is good and OK on the vehicles and in reality they are NOT. Both vehicles I bought had problems and one of them had rats that had ate through part of the wiring harness. I had asked them for assistance on the bill, they said no so I was going to write up a bad review then but did not. Now when trying to bid on an auction of theirs on Ebay, they have blocked me. Wow! Now its time to write up a review. Buyer Beware! they lie about the items for sale and try to say the buyer is extorting money from them that they never help with. I ended up spending $1200 dollars for a wiring harness just get the vehicle working right. If I could give them a negative Star I would.

The unit was returned damaged, as far as we could tell the unit was driven hard and was returned covered with mulch inside and out of operator and engine compartmentsThe tires were changed out and reversed from what we could tell from auction photoThe unit also has a considerable amount of additional hours put on it
The customer requested on his own to have a third party equipment repair facility do an inspection on the unit to locate issueHe was advised by us and the repair facility he would liable for inspection fees and he agreed to have it done
The repair facility found drive chain had broken and bolts on drive motor sheared off probably from over use in the soft mulch customer was driving in when unit broke
Your item is still at the facility incurring storage fees
Please contact the facility to have your storage fees paid and have your item removed from the location
