someone internally is running up the bids with multiple accounts which all come back to the same user profile. you will never get a good deal with bidadoo. so bidadon't. it is a scam!

Poor judgment on bidadoo
I would like to point out to you I've been a good customer of yours for probably 20 years or more my company's name is Bob s lift trucks I would like to let you know you have a person in your department in Kent her name is April I thought we had a pretty good relationship going business wise to find out we don't she cannot take criticism and she doesn't follow up on phone calls from me or emails in a timely manner furthermore when I call your customer service I'm finding I'm on the phone for a long time I felt that she was a good person for your company fortunately I find she is not maybe you're putting her under too much stress she pretty much named out the issues on her part she doesn't have any control of the company in my relation I haven't got a bad thing to say about April she's been wonderful with me I think your company is going down the toilet because of disregard for your customers you have now cut me off from selling anything through your company therefore you're no good to me anyway because you take too long to auction I am now going to use somebody else to do that for me which is fine and I probably won't be buying anything from you because you have now changed your structure on your website to the worst that's only a personal feeling but to know that you people have destroyed the relationship between me and April is a poor decision I went in and talked to a gentleman by the name of Kevin Sauced found him to be worthless he was not agreeing with me at all he found that I was guilty and I find that I'm just a customer he's a I'm finding that he is not a customer relations person therefore I have no need for you anymore I'm going to take you off of my computer and never do business with you again until I get an apology as a customer thank you

Buyer Beware !
I tried to bid on an auction with Bidadoo Auctions and was denied because of two vehicles I bought from them in 2016. They say everything is good and OK on the vehicles and in reality they are NOT. Both vehicles I bought had problems and one of them had rats that had ate through part of the wiring harness. I had asked them for assistance on the bill, they said no so I was going to write up a bad review then but did not. Now when trying to bid on an auction of theirs on Ebay, they have blocked me. Wow! Now its time to write up a review. Buyer Beware! they lie about the items for sale and try to say the buyer is extorting money from them that they never help with. I ended up spending $1200 dollars for a wiring harness just get the vehicle working right. If I could give them a negative Star I would.

bidadoo has cooperated with all parties and authorities in the resolution of this case since the beginning bidadoo recently received the police report and documents and have since been in touch with the buyer and the companies insurance providers to provide a resolution for the buyer, as well as use all resources to prosecute the offender(s)

As per our conversation when you tried to return this unit, it is and was not returned in the

The unit was returned damaged, as far as we could tell the unit was driven hard and was returned covered with mulch inside and out of operator and engine compartmentsThe tires were changed out and reversed from what we could tell from auction photoThe unit also has a considerable amount of additional hours put on it
The customer requested on his own to have a third party equipment repair facility do an inspection on the unit to locate issueHe was advised by us and the repair facility he would liable for inspection fees and he agreed to have it done
The repair facility found drive chain had broken and bolts on drive motor sheared off probably from over use in the soft mulch customer was driving in when unit broke
Your item is still at the facility incurring storage fees
Please contact the facility to have your storage fees paid and have your item removed from the location

We are sorry when any buyer is not 100% satisfied with a purchase and have been working in support of this buyer toward a return or freight claim.This item was removed from a large NW aerospace company and was reportedly damaged during the shipment to the buyer. We were able to work with
the reputable shipping company and secure a freight claim reimbursement for the assessed damages. The buyer declined this reimbursement and wanted to keep the machine vsreturning it to our PHX location for a full refund of the purchase price. The buyer on this unit called us upon completion of the sale and informed us that they had purchased the unit in error and that it did not suit their needs.  At this time, he mentioned there was nothing mechanically wrong with the unit. We informed him that we only accept returns on units that...

are “not as described,” and not due to buyer’s remorse.  As a consignment seller we have to fairly represent both our buyers and sellers, and did  not offer a return due to the buyer stating that there was nothing wrong with the machine at the time.  Instead to help solve the situation and as a service, bidadoo offered to re-sell the item for him at a reduced commission rate.  The buyer agreed to resell the item and to the terms, and we performed a re-inspection of the machine for resale of the machine.  Our inspectors re-inspected the machine and did what they felt was an accurate description of the machine.  The nature of used equipment is that there is subjectivity in the process and things do go wrong with machines – particularly  when they are over 15 year old such as this machine.  Unfortunately the machine did sell for less money the second time, due to the volatility of auctions and the modification of the inspection information.  As a true auction, we do not have control over the final sales values of our auction listings.  With over 100,000 machines sold, we try to be completely transparent with the information between both sides.  We do sincerely appreciate the frustration of Mr [redacted], and we were only trying to be fair to both the buyer and the seller (we have 2 customers in this transaction), running a completely fair and truthful auction process, as well as trying to be completely transparent with inspection information.

We appreciate your business and do apologize about the discrepancy and inconvenience of this mix-up.  We did in fact double-sell this item, and as soon as it was discovered informed all parties.  It had sold on eBay  via a “Buy-It-Now” format the day prior...

(Wednesday) and again to Mr [redacted] bidding and winning the item via the auction (Thursday).  We of course honored the first / original sale to another buyer, and informed Mr. [redacted] of the error and immediately offered to refund all funds, and looked for alternative machines to try and find an amicable solution.  We do recognize the waste of time and the inconvenience in this, but please understand it is just an honest mistake and there was no malicious intent of any kind.  This is a service we provide to some of the largest equipment companies in the country, such as Sunbelt Rentals, JCB Equipment, Hertz Rentals, etc, and have conducted over 100,000 online auctions over 13 years, and rarely have this type of mix-up (but stuff does happen).  We sell used of equipment, so by nature we don’t have a “stock” of machines and every unit is a bit different (all used), so immediately finding an exact replacement can be challenging, but did offer several machines as potential replacements.
 
We called Mr. [redacted] over the weekend as well, and have been looking for decent replacement units for several days. We have offered several units and have found a replacement machine that Mr. [redacted] feels will be a good substitute.  We have agreed to significantly reduce the shipping cost of the replacement unit to match the cost of the original unit.  So, hopefully he will receive another similar unit at the same overall price as the first one.  Please let us know if you do not feel this is an amicable solution in any way.
 
I hope this explains the mix-up and the situation.  We hope it shows we have really tried to work with Mr [redacted] as we do with all customers to try and do the right thing, and find solutions when something goes wrong.  We certainly did make a mistake in this case, but appreciate his working with us to find a reasonable solution.
