Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (450, 5, 2014/03/17) */ The consumer indicated ONLINE that the business responded to this complaint to his/her satisfactionHe/she also stated: After filing the complaint I was contacted by Bidclerk and after a lengthy conversation they agreed to refund the chargesI did get a call today (followup) from BDC asking if I have received an email stating the funds have been refundedI said I will view my credit card and once I see them I will issue a statement to close the complaint with Revdex.comThe original totals that were charged were$ 228.88, BDC refunded me $I guess will chalk this up as processing fees

This company is very sneaky stay clear of ever signing up with them! Was locked in for a year paid close to $and the sales rep Mathew who set up my account enrolled me automatically for a new renewal with out my knowledge when I checked my bank account I had seen the charge and contacted him immediately to refund my money and cancel the subscriptionHe was like a child very unprofessional arguing that if I had called days before he would of canceled it and began telling me that I had been with them in and was with them again last year and he doesn't see what the issue is with a renewal I have never argued with a sales rep the way I had argued with this screw ball will take it up with my bank He is so sneaky that he turned off the auto renewal notifications and billing notifications on my account so that way I do not notice he was automatically charging my card Scares you to even think you handed them your information in the first place scammers!
