Dear ***, Thank you for contacting usYour account was suspended due to violation of our Terms of ServiceWe have stated very clearly in our Terms that "You may establish only one account per person or only one account per household to participate in the Service offered on the Platform"However, we have found in total Biddl accounts registered with the same IP address as yoursMoreover, many of those accounts have the same device IDs i.ethey are from the same mobile device, user names, phone numbers and even the email naming styleTherefore, after careful consideration, we deemed that you violated our Terms and suspended your accountMoreover, it is also clearly documented in our Terms of Service that "Biddl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any or all of your accounts and terminate, withhold or cancel a purchase or delivery of said purchase and remove all purchased and FREE bids without prior warning and without any form of compensation, if a single person is found to have or maintai n control over several accounts on Biddl, or if a "group of associated users" is found to have or maintain control over more than two accounts on Biddl." With respect to your complaint about the bidding process, we absolutely have not and never will interfere with the bidding processAll Bids were placed by real-life users just like you (either manually or via the Bid Queue tool)Sometime, the competition on high-value products are extremely competitive with the participation of pro users who possess a huge amount of BiddsTherefore, we understand your frustrations for not winning the items you wantWe thank you for your feedbackKind regards,

I have told customer service that I have a GUEST Wifi that people use. I did refer many people. What they do on their phones is not up to me and I am not responsible for their uses so terminating them is not my concern. I don't really care if my account was closed as I'm not going to use it after seeing how your app works.  YOUR own customer service reviewed my account and verified it!!!! You can make up reasons to screw people under your "terms" and that is proving more of your scam. I paid for plenty of "biddls" and won the hair clippers back in FEb/March? FEB/MARCH To JUNE for shipping before this response is RIDICULOUS. Your just looking for anything so you don't have to pay out your actual prizes over $5! I did receive a 50 cent prize that I didn't even win but have yet to get ANYTHING I DID WIN!!! I read the rules and you can change out prizes whenever you please.. i.e. Junk for China or wish! I also won a little cat mask for my daughter (she was extremely excited about) and NEVER RECEIVED that either back in Jan/Feb! I didn't throw a fit because I can't recall if I paid for that too! Either way customer service stated because I have a guest wifi available they would delete any extra accounts people made under my wifi as that could cause an issue... I was the ONLY account in my household including at the time I won and spent money.

Information is incorrect. My account was not "suspended or terminated" before I made the Revdex.com complaint. Correct: my account might be gone now as it was closed as soon as I opened the complaint against you. It was active and fully accepting my money before you tried to play games regarding this account so you don't have to refund! I was told by customer service that accounts I referred were suspended as they signed up under my guest wifi. I don't care about whose accounts I referred and they don't either as they never even got what they won. Customer service VERIFIED my account AFTER the fact and took my money happily AFTER the verification. So if my account was "suspended" how did you accept my money? Your falsely claiming at this point that my account doesn't exist, I can pull up every email sent and received, including ones saying yes my items indeed were shipping. You just got behind and could not fulfill your orders. I see you've also been pulled from the App Store and have hundreds of complaints before pulling it on the reviews for App Store, as well as on Facebook. A majority of reviews are negative as the business practices aren't matching the promises made. I cannot say you do not interfere with bidding as the results unless performed by a third party are useless results. It's not a bidding war on high end items when anyone with an email can signup and be unverified. There is no protection for users of the app and obviously it's a grudge instead of a refund when you don't provide services that are fair. Like I said, you only closed the account when I filed with Revdex.com. As I got absolutely nowhere but put offs from customer service.

Dear [redacted] and whom it may concern, My name is Bao P[redacted] and I am the Operations Manager at Biddl Inc. I have received the complaint filled by [redacted] and authorized by the company CEO to answer the case. We have detected 18 Biddl accounts that have the same IP address as your Biddl account...

registered under the email [redacted]. Among those accounts, 3 have the same exact address, 2 groups of 2 accounts even have the same device IDs i.e. they are registered on the same mobile devices. Moreover, other characteristics of the accounts such as email naming style or phone number are extraordinary related to each other. Therefore, after careful consideration, this has led us to conclude that there are duplicate accounts within this group of 18 accounts. According to our Terms of Service, which you have agreed on in the app when you registered (you can also find the terms on our website) that "You may establish only one account per person or only one account per household to participate in the Service offered on the Platform. Additionally, each group of associated users, as determined at Biddl’s sole discretion, based on indicia of billing details such as credit card information, IP address, device ID, or other details which indicate the possibility of association may not have control over more than two registered Biddl accounts. Biddl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any or all of your accounts and terminate, withhold or cancel a purchase or delivery of said purchase and remove all purchased and FREE bids without prior warning and without any form of compensation, if a single person is found to have or maintain control over several accounts on Biddl, or if a "group of associated users" is found to have or maintain control over more than two accounts on Biddl." Therefore, we have terminated all of your accounts within that group and canceled all related orders due to breach of our Terms of Service.
