Review: I had never order from this company before when I did it has been a nightmare from hell I did not get 2 comforters and 1 blouse the company is giving me a hard time about this also I had to do some returns I had sent 3 items in 1 package to 2[redacted] I try to get up with this company from 12-10-2013 on the phone but, the recording told me that I had to use the wedsite because they were busy with Christmas orders and they will only go thru the wedsite. I went to the wedsite for help I had sent any any any emails./ where do I send the items I want to return? I would wait 2 to 3 days for an answer, they send me really crazy answers for example I would ask where do I send items I want to return, the answer I get is: your eye shadow is on it's way. this has been going on for almost a month, I found an address so I mail a purse dog collar I had sent the package out on 12-23-2013 also I paid for a signature when it got there. today is the first day I was able to talked to a person, I told them what was going on I was told that I will not get my money back because all of there items get sent to all over the u.s. I had no clue that was the way this company works! now I'm out of close to a 100.00, this is not right!!!! I feel very strongly that a victim in this matter.
