Worse experience , no customer service help the auctioneer Schmidt Auction cashed my $ 2,000 and refused to give information to ship items , Threat from seller VIA Emails ,very insulting via Emails .All transferred to BidSpotter who refused to get on the phone with me to help solving the issue .All for the Auctioneer no value from Bid spotter . They are a Scam. I unsubscribed immediately and will seek Legal actions against Bid Spotter and the Schmidt Auction .Again Pure Scam do not trust these people .

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I want to add that Bid Spotter has not cashed the $ amount for the transaction yet . To be continued
