I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com on this website My complaint number is *** This company double charged me and refuses for refund the amount they overcharged me The amount is $ When I bought one bid-pack from them for $they charged me twice I have written many times to try to resolve this I sent a copy of my bank account that shows the two transactions There is not one second that goes by before they charge me the second one If I were to buy two packs I would have to go back into the site and do the transaction all over again It is impossible to do it without any time in between I also told them I only bought one bid-pack They refused to give me my money back Also if I were going to spend $at a NEW site I would have bought the $pack because you get hundreds more bids than if you buy two $packs I believe at $you get credits or there about For $you get credits I have been on many sites like this and I know that I would have went for the bigger one instead of two small packs You get more credits for the same price Just a little common sense would tell you which one to do This was a new site for me so I would by the smaller ONE not two And that is what I did When I checked my bank account I notified them right away but they said no refunds This is not a refund it was a DOUBLE CHARGE Big difference Also I didn't use even the credits they sent me a record of the bids I spent and I added them up it didn't even come up to 200.I want my money returned to my bank account They had no right and no authorization to take two amounts.*** ***

I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com on this website.  My complaint number is [redacted].  This company double charged me and refuses for refund the amount they overcharged me.  The amount is $25.75.  When I bought one bid-pack from them for $25.75 they charged me twice.  I have written many times to try to resolve this.  I sent a copy of my bank account that shows the two transactions.  There is not one second that goes by before they charge me the second one.  If I were to buy two packs I would have to go back into the site and do the transaction all over again.  It is impossible to do it without any time in between.  I also told them I only bought one bid-pack.  They refused to give me my money back.  Also if I were going to spend $50 at a NEW site I would have bought the $50 pack because you get hundreds more bids than if you buy two $25 packs.  I believe at $25 you get 200 credits or there about.  For $50 you get 700 credits.  I have been on many sites like this and I know that I would have went for the bigger one instead of two small packs.  You get 300 more credits for the same price.  Just a little common sense would tell you which one to do.  This was a new site for me so I would by the smaller ONE not two.  And that is what I did.  When I checked my bank account I notified them right away but they said no refunds.  This is not a refund it was a DOUBLE CHARGE.  Big difference.  Also I didn't use even the 200 credits they sent me a record of the bids I spent and I added them up it didn't even come up to 200.I want my money returned to my bank account.  They had no right and no authorization to take two amounts.[redacted]
