I purchased a ring sent through DHL and supposedly delivered through through the postal service on November 8th at 5:pm Well I opened my mail box ,and the ring was not inside my mailbox The post office in our bldgat [redacted] 43RD Street, Apt.**, [redacted] , NY ***,has a habit of leaving packages on the lobby floor and above the mailboxThese employees do as they please I am quite upset as the company wants me to pay for a ring I have not received

I purchased a ring sent through DHL and supposedly delivered through through the postal service on November 8th at 5:22 pm 2016. Well I opened my mail box ,and the ring was not inside my mailbox. The post office in our bldg. at [redacted] 43RD Street, Apt.**, [redacted], NY [redacted],has a habit of leaving packages on the lobby floor and above the mailbox. These employees do as they please. I am quite upset as the company wants me to pay for a ring I have not received.
