up before they arrive in Philadelphia, especially every day. He told me it was the first bus in the morning at 6:15AM. I told him we will talk to the driver and see what might have happened to get the situation corrected.I also asked him to send in his tickets and I will give him a full refund, no service charge. I explained that we handle all refunds through our Kutztown office, so the Quakertown office could not handle the refund for him. That is why they advised him to contact us.He seemed to be okay with this and I really believe if he had called into our office as instructed by Quakertown this could have all been corrected and addressed in a friendly, cordial manner. Bieber believes in customer service and we strive to keep customers satisfied.Sincerely

Review: I used Bieber Tours online ticket buying service to order my mother's ticket to return home. I used the print option and printed the form provided. When I left my mother at the bus terminal she calls me back to inform me that the bus driver refused to allow her on the bus. He said he could not accept the form from the website. I made my way back to the terminal and the driver explained to me that the form or boarding pass should have a barcode. It did not have a barcode but I had already paid for the ticket. I had no choice but to buy another ticket in person so my mother could return home. She was embarrassed by the whole situation. Glitches from Bieber's website caused this problem and they need to correct it! I called and spoke with a person in the accounting department and she told me that the website had done this before and she wasn't surprised it happened again. She transferred me to [redacted]. and I left her a message. When she called me back I explain the problem and asked for a refund for the unused ticket. she said they do not do refunds and she could only give me a credit. I have no use for a credit because I do not ride their buses. Also, there is no way I could print print a ticket out for my mother again and seeing their history of problems I would not take the chance. I do not want to do any business with them. I would like my refund and cut ties with Bieber tours.Desired Settlement: I do not want a credit since I do not us Bieber Tours services. I want a refund for the $13 for the ticket and the useless $4.00 processing fee.
