December 18, 2014Dear Heather Ortiz,In reference to Brian Anthony’s letter I attached, I called MrAnthony to see which Line run he was trying to travel on because it is more common for the bus to be running a little late then to go thru minutes early, since this is the last pick up before they arrive in Philadelphia, especially every dayHe told me it was the first bus in the morning at 6:15AMI told him we will talk to the driver and see what might have happened to get the situation corrected.I also asked him to send in his tickets and I will give him a full refund, no service chargeI explained that we handle all refunds through our Kutztown office, so the Quakertown office could not handle the refund for himThat is why they advised him to contact us.He seemed to be okay with this and I really believe if he had called into our office as instructed by Quakertown this could have all been corrected and addressed in a friendly, cordial mannerBieber believes in customer service and we strive to keep customers satisfied.Sincerely Brenda B Ticket Manager
