staff members had already given noticeAll staff members need background checks and TB tests so hiring temporary staff was not an option.The accusation that I was rude and hung up on a parent without explanation is untrueThis particular parent was yelling and cursing at meI asked him to stop but he continued, so told him that the conversation was over and hung up the phoneI was in the director's office and the director witnessed this conversation.There was no depositThis parent was late with his weekly payment which was due on Monday, April 25", He made a payment for more than what was owed for that week on Friday, April 29", We told his wife that day that we would send them a check for the overpayment and have since done so (see enclosed letter)A late fee was due but we forgave it and did not charge them for it.Please feel free to call me at (513) *** with any questions.Thank You,*** ***Operations Manager
