arrival on October 5, 2016 the dryer had not been disconnected and moved. The crew did disconnect and move the dryer for Ms. [redacted] so that the service could be brought into the house. The move and reconnecting of the dryer was not part of the quoted job.   Once the water service was complete and the water turned back on to the house, she said there was poor water pressure to the kitchen sink. The plumber did work on the faucet with Ms. [redacted] present. On October 14 at 12:50 pm, Ms. [redacted] called to say the vent was not reconnected properly and the faucet was leaking and that she had ordered parts and tried to repair faucet but she could not get it to stop leaking. This call came in 10 days after service. The plumber who was on site was contacted. He said he was told on 10/5/16 that there was poor water pressure to the faucet so he removed the aerator and cleaned it. This information was relayed back to Ms. [redacted]. Then she said he had removed parts. The plumber was contacted again to confirm this. He said yes, he had removed the vacuum breaker which can cause flow restriction but that he had tested the faucet with Ms. [redacted] present and there was not leak.   Ms. [redacted] was adamant that the plumber come right out and fix the leaking faucet. She was informed that the plumber was not available Friday 10/14/16 at 1:00 pm to repair the faucet, but could schedule for another day. She stated she was a flight attendant and that she did not know her schedule to make an appointment. The conversation became confusing as it jumped around between a dryer vent issue (which was not to be the plumbers work) and the faucet which we had not been notified previously of any type of leak.   The plumber became available Friday 10/14/16 at 1:45 pm. Ms. [redacted] was contacted to see if she would like service at that time. When the plumber arrived on site, he contacted the office that the leak on the faucet was at the hose and spray and that she had attempted to install a new hose and spray. He found that the faucet hose fitting connection appeared to be defective and was not resealing properly. He had not previously worked on this connection. He attempted to make a temporary seal, but recommended that Ms. [redacted] contact the manufacturer for a replacement faucet under warranty. Again this was nothing he had worked on.
