We regret the delay in responding to Mrs [redacted] ’s complaint She has also contacted us thru her AttorneyWe acknowledged the problem she was having with her garage floor and she agreed to allow us to correct it once weather was permitting An inspector was sent to review the problem and correction At that time she was very upset as the inspector she wanted did not meet with her I contacted her via phone and at that time she stated that she had hired another contractor and would not allow us to correct the problem She demanded a full refund of the contracted amountOn February 29th we received a letter from her attorney also demanding a full refund of work preformed, letter attachedWe would prefer to correct any problemsPlease advise as to how we proceed from here
