On June 4, 2017. I stopped at Bien Mur Travel Center to get some gas. I paid with a credit card. After I entered my credit card, I selected one of three choices; regular, premiem or super premiem. I chose Regular. After I pumped the gas, I noticed the super premiem light went on to the button. So I checked the reciept and it said I pumped super when I know I selected regular. So I went inside to complain and the manager was not there. The employees said they could not do anything. For me to call Martha tomorro. That is it.

As per our phone conversation, I have sent this information via USPS. The customer is arguing the fact that she received Super Unleaded and was wanting Regular Unleaded.
It is the customer who chooses the type of gas they receive at the pump. The customer was worried the Super would hurt her car and my store manager explained that it's actually a better
grade of gas. The customer was satisfied with the results but her son was not.
