Review: My wife and I ordered a Onyx Dinning Table from Bif on 12/31/13 for sum of $5719.00. The table was eventually delivered to us on 4/18/14. We inspected the table with a Bif representative and noted a crack and few small surface holes at one end of the table. These findings were documented on Bif copy of the receipt. I then took pictures of the defect and had them forwarded to our sales Rep ( [redacted]). After repeated emails he finally got back to me and told me that he will have two representatives from Stone International come by to our house to inspect the table. Stone International supplies the table to Bif. They finally showed up on May the second. They agreed that there is a crack and few tiny holes on the table. They also added that at times Onyx tables do come with such cracks or holes and this should have been disclosed by Bif to us in writing. Bif or our sales representative did not mention this to us when we placed our order. The [redacted] representative offered that they can send a technician to try buff the surface of the table. The technician came and tried to fix it but it did not work. The Stone International had said that if technician does not fix it then it becomes Bif problem to either refund our money or change the table. Bif refuses to do on the bases that since Stone International does not want to exchange the table then there is nothing they can do and I should accept the table the way it is even though I paid close to six thousand dollars for it. They have been very helpful in this situation, they do not return my calls or emails unless I keep on contacting them. I need help in resolving this situation.Desired Settlement: I want them to apologize for the headaches they have caused me. I want them to either replace, refund or adjust the price. I personally wish to have a new table if they guarantee that it will not be the same as the current one.

Review: We are very disppointed with the service we received from BIF.We bought 3 bookcases from BIF furniture 3/1/2014. After waited a long time and we received our furniture. There were 2 pieces missing and 2 shelves were damagered. It was scheduled to deliver the missing parts and 2 shelves today. We were waiting for the delivery between 4 to 6pm. The store manager called and yelled over the phone, blamed us never confirmed the time and date and their delivery men couldn't deliver. In fact, we called, someone in store didn't passed the message to her delivery men also just called they will be here at 5pm. I told the manager should never treat the costomer like the way she talked to me. She said that the way she works is "black & white". She kept telling me that we should talked to Richard--because he told her that we didn't call. I said even we didn't call to confirn, she still has no right to yell the customer. Richard because he told her that we didn't call. I asked to talked to the manager, she said that she is the store manager. Then she swore, I asked her to repeat it and I told her that I will report her. I said she is black & white person and doesn't know another way. After all these, they didn't bring the 2 missing pieces when the delivery men came. We have to have the third delivery in the future date.in comparison, We bought 7 pieces of same bookcases in MD 2 years ago. The service was great and everything was done very smoothly in one deliver. But this furniture store does not carry the same bookcases anymore. We had very bad experience with them before. If not because they are the only one carry this bookcase, we would never buy anything from themDesired Settlement: We want a appology from the company and refund us the shipping and handling.
