We had a signed contract that had the things you wanted done and the price of each thing and you signed that contract When we got there you decided that oh I changed my mind I want this and that done but not this so you were in breech of contract anyways You had complaint when you e-mailed me the 1st time and I proved you wrong so then you decided you would complain about something different since you did not get your way and now you have a whole other issue While we were at your house you were doing the same thing to someone else over the phone screaming and wanting to talk to managers because something wasn't delivered to you at the right time and just kept on until you got an up grade and something free from them, so to me it sounds like we are not the only ones you have problems with We came out we did a job for you, we did a good job but I cant help you change your mind every other day Also while we were there y'all let a fire get out of hand and [redacted] and I used buckets to run and help put the fire out or y'all would have lost the entire building and no telling how far the fire would have gotten if we had not been there to help We helped you in many ways and now I just think you are being pettyAlso yes we were going to put the dishwasher in for free since you were doing so much work with us but when we got out there and once again you had changed your mind and didn't want us to do a big part of the job we had come to do we explained to you that there would be a charge for the dishwasher and even changed it on the contract(made an amendment ) and you and your husband never complained about it then only now am I hearing about this Everything we did had a contract you signed and any changes that were made were made on paper as well Thank you

We work diligently in providing a top notch service to all of our customers and pride ourselves on seeing through that each and every job is complete to the customers satisfaction, that being said I would ask that you request proof of the over payment in which Mrs*** is referring. I spoke
with Mrand Mrs*** on several occasions through e-mail and in person and provided each invoice for the work preformed with her signature of approval and I do not see how I can do any more in resolving this matter. My deepest regards *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:Of your quoting practices, integrity and professionalism.You did not contact us by phone. You did respond to my emails but didn’t address my complaint. When you never responded after that, I filed a complaint with Revdex.comThe only face to face we had was the last day you were in my home. You became very agitated, to the point that Harold had to intervene. If this is how you treat senior citizens, then shame on you. And yes, I did sign the invoice that day because I was becoming fearful from the yelling and it was very obvious that you were not leaving until I gave you your moneyEven after all of that, I gave you the benefit of the doubt that you would do the right thing since I did not have all the checks and invoices in front of me. If you recall, you assured me that if I overpaid, you would write me a check.Bottom Line: You quoted me in writing you would not charge me for the dishwasher install (invoice 000033) however as noted you charged me $(attachment B). I asked for a quote on facets upstairs and facets in the master bath. Matter of fact you checked each of them out the day before the facet work to make sure there wasn’t anything that would complicate the installation and then verbally quoted me $for each facet (@ $= $400.00)I had the new facets by the door and I explained again what I wanted done (only facets)However you tore down the half bath facet as well, and by doing so, gouged the vanity (Attachment Damage) and had the audacity to charge me for the labor and facet (Attachment C). The half bath was never inspected because it was not part of the quote. I have never, in all my years, had someone do this to me.Another thing; why did you change the “Pay to Order of” on my check from Biff’s Plumbing to “*** ***” and even wrote my initials on it (attachment D)That’s wrong on so many levels. Matter of fact once I got the cleared checks, all the others were written out to your wife and not your company. This speaks volumes.It’s such a disappointment that you did not try to resolve this with me. I shouldn’t have to worry about things like this but you gave me no choice. I may be old but I’m not feeble yet
