[redacted] brought in her car for an over heating issue, we found a bypass hose leaking and replaced it. Additionally Big 3 changed out the gas cap for an evap leak we found as well. All was replaced all under goodwill for no charge. Around the date of November 20, 2014 Big 3 also...
offered to repair an intake leak at no charge but the customer has never returned the vehicle for this lengthy repair. We contacted [redacted] on March 17th after receiving this complaint, she agreed to bring the car in on March 20th and did not make her appointment and has not returned the manager [redacted] call since. We need her to bring the car in so we can perform the intake repairs and look at the other issues.
The vehicle was noted on November 29th to have over 1100 miles since purchase making it out of warranty. We did performed a good will system check and test drove the customers [redacted] on the and could not find any error codes or duplicate any transmission issue's on Nov 29th....
We are willing to offer free labor to install a transmission if he is willing to buy a reconditioned transmission. Thank You [redacted] Big 3 Automart
