Big A Motel

Review: I currently live at 1250 north glassell #[redacted] in the city of orange ca. I have notified the hotel management that I have pigeons living in the ceiling above my room. in the last 3 months they have declined to take any action involving this problem. on 5/25/14 I heard a lot of loud noise in the attic so I entered the space through the attic access panel in my hotel room, what I found was a pigeon tangled in fishing line attached to a large spring type rodent trap. it appears that the bird had been caught for quite some time as the fishing line was growing into the birds leg. I then proceeded to cut the bird loose from the fishing line with a pair of pliers, and giving the birds young age I had no choice but to release the bird back into the attic so that it would not die. I informed the hotel manager about what I found and all that he said was "ok" and still declined to take any action to correct this problem.Desired Settlement: I would like the hotel manager/owner to remedy this situation
