I reject Al of Big Al's, LLC, answer to my complaint,
as I am
not complaining about the amount of time it took to put up the rile for the
walls and floorMy problem is with the hours I'm being charged over and above
his time working here.For the first half of the
bathroom remodel, he charged $He
only worked hours which would be $at the agreed price of $per hourThe 2nd half of the bathroom
remodel he worked hours and charged me $3175.00,
which should have only been $Also,
I don't know what all these supplies areAll he might have needed are a couple
bags of grout, which are $apiece.If
you divide hours (his quote) by days, it comes out to roughly hours
a day, which he never even came close to working a single day he was there.As a side note, I would also like to that I had one sink trap
fall off, causing water to go all over the place and ruining the wood of our
brand new vanity, as well as in the shower with the tile work, there's one
place where there is grout missing below the tile
I told the client that it would cost more for tiling if the tiles were smaller, cause it takes longerThe client didn't care because he picked out the subway tileNow he complainsI warned him of this way in advanceSorry but, time is money
The client got a value price for the excellent work that he gotHe is lucky I didn't charge moreI gave him the veterans deal that I normally don't give out:-)
