On July 31, 2015, I signed contract with Don W*** from Big Al's septic tank LLC, to install Jet Class I gpd (aerator) w/pump and control panelInstall sq ft of Leaching Trenches, gal lift station with Pump and AlarmInstall 500' perimeter drain around new leaching trenches w/open dischargeInstall "D" box to reconnect old leachingImport about ton topsoilPump, crush and fill existing septic tankProjected start 8/10/Completion date 8/25/I tendered two checks, one on 8/04/and second and final one 8/27/Paid in fullThe perimeter drain was approxto foot off my property lineShould have been ' inside my property Don said he will be back in a week or two to do any grading if neededBig Al's Maria is difficult to reach by phone, and abusive when calledCusses, screams and becomes hostile, and then denies getting madI called *** ***, Licking CoHealth Dept for any input on moving line9-30-Don did move perimeter drain away from the neighbors property and brought a little dirt in a small truckI asked Don if he had a different phone I could use and not go thru the officeDon relayed he heard her talking on phone to me the other day11-09-Aerator making excessive noiseUnable to reach Don by phoneLeft message to return my callCalled *** Aerator repair and explained problemTurn the Aerator off and "***" will check it out tomarrow 11-10-Per ***, Distribution box is only flowing down channel #3, no flow in #or #call your installer11-12-About a 30" sink Hole appeared over the old septic tank area11-15-Don checked "D" box, filled sink holeBrought Small dump truck load of dirtDon left "d" box fineBig Al 'I'll be back later in the day to spread it"On or about 2-01-my neighbor brought his small tractor with a scoop lift to help me disperse the pile of dirt left by Don 11-15-but not spread, and tore two channels4-22-Noticed part of the channels showing thru dirt and after the spring rainsCalled Don @ Big Al's and req they return my callCalled *** *** at Board of Health4-25- *** found the following areas "un-acceptable" and gave Big Al one week to correct- Needs more dirt to cover channels

If these folks would spend more times completing their work in a timely manner and less time spreading rumors and falsehoods about their cash paying customers, they would be much farther aheadI am proud to relay after nine months of you folks playing you pre school antics my job and your errors are now complete @ Only took them less than Two days

My husband and I contacted Big Als Septic in Frazeysburg to have our Septic pumped due to a pipe that came looseThe company came out on timePumped our tank and informed me that it would stay empty enough for us to reattach the pipe for the next couple of daysWithin hrs it overflowed again, without doing anything but using the toilet a couple timesI called to see if they would come to fix itWhile trying to explain the situation to the woman that answered the phone, she proceeded to cuss at me, I brought that to her attention, which she denied doingIn the process she continued to deny what her workers told me, and refused to helpNow we're out $and no further aheadActually she informed me to call another businessJust want to make sure that no one else goes through this with a lousy owner who won't own up to their work, or lack there of

I was never told to come pick up cash an after her being so rude and cussing me I wasn't abt to go to her place of business without some type protectionI never implied that I was a federal officer I stated I would bring one with me I also asked her to meet at the sheriff office with no replyShe did call the sherffs office they came out and spoke to me she told me that they advised her just to get a check and pay meSo I never lied or said I was a federal police officerThe officer who came to speak withme I asked if I was happy since I got my refund I told her yesI also told her I had contacted the Revdex.com as a private individualThe officer advised me since I had gotten the defund chk was the matter closed I said yesBut that wouldn't advise anyone to use their service she said I was well within my rights as a citizen I could do thatSo as far as I am concerned this matter is closedI would like for it to be made public so others can read up on this company Thank you *** ***

My parents built a new home and had requested septic services from this company They put in a tank and put sewage in as wellMy parents, who are older, called and complained, only to get yelled at by the woman they spoke withMy parents had no choice but to get the health department involved, and they could not believe what they saw, and sided with my parentsThese people have no class and no respect in how they treat their customers and they should be put out of businessI am so livid and disgusted at their conduct and would tell anyone to stay far away from this companyThey know they are wrong and what they did, just no class
