When I had the car towed I did not pay the towing bill because Allen P[redacted] stated that it would be included in the repair bill, At no time did Allen ever say nor did I agree to the intake gaskets being repaired, I told them when they towed it that I believed it was the heads that was bad, Yes Allen agreed to work with me on the cost because I am on disability and could not afford to pay a large bill at one time. Allen P[redacted] continuously told my wife and I that he was searching for a new motor for the car and until he found one there was nothing he could do. And yes I did have Big Al's work on another my vehicles, but had to take to a another repair shop to get it repaired right, which cost me $175.00. As far as Mr P[redacted] not owning this business all I will say is if he do'es not own this business why is it that everyone there says you have to talk to Allen about anything? I have paid since Mr. P[redacted] in full and and have a receipt to prove it and will never do business with him again.
