Review: Called Big Al's plumbing for a plugged kitchen sink at my 92 year old Moms house in Roseville. ** is the father of my Grand child so I figured he would do me right. Day one, he replaced a couple drain fittings under the sink but didn't have a snake to clear the drain. I gave him $200 towards the repair, to purchase a power snake. After considerable time he returned with the snake (told me it costs $200 for it but I checked with home depot and really costs $159). Finally cleared drain but he insisted the old pipe under the home need to be replaced. I paid him an additional $200 for labor. Next day the same problem, plugged up drain. Contacted ** about problem and he repeated the pipes under the house needed replacement. I know him personally so he came by my house 4 days later to get $ up front because Home Depot closed his account. I gave him another $400. Big Mistake, haven't seen him since and doesn't return calls. I finally bought an old fashioned snake for $20 and cleared the drain. That was 2 months ago. Still haven't heard from Big Al!!Desired Settlement: Would like big ** to man up and refund my 92yo mother $400.
