Big Al's Septic Tank Service

Customer was told through phone conversation and e-mails she may pick up refund at office on several occasions. We do not issue refunds until the bill is pd. And this is why I told her I would give her a cash refund. I have attached copy's of invoice and cahier check with refund...

amount.  The customer then stated that she would bring a federal officer with her. In my 6 yrs of doing business no one has had to bring an officer. No one in our office has ever hung up on her and no on from your office has contacted me until now. File a complaint on her for impersonating an officer. She has been issued a refund and I'm done with this sloppy mess of a customer who obviously is not stable. I actually filed a complaint with the licking county sheriffs office on this matter. And refuse to respond to her threating e-mails and phone calls about this situation. Could have been resolved 3 weeks ago if she would have come to office and got a cash refund. She was issued a cashier check as I had stated to her several times on the confirmation of payment from [redacted]

I was never told to come pick up cash an after her  being so rude and cussing me I wasn't abt to go to her place of business without some type protection. I never implied that I was a federal officer I stated I would bring one with me I also asked her to meet at the sheriff office with no reply. She did call the sherffs office they came out and spoke to me she told me that they advised her just to get a check and pay me. So I never lied or said I was a federal police officer. The officer who came to speak withme I asked if I was happy since I got my refund I told her yes. I also told her I had contacted the Revdex.com as a private individual. The officer advised me since I had gotten the defund chk was the matter closed I said yes. But that wouldn't advise anyone to use their service she said I was well within my rights as a citizen I could do that. So as far as I am concerned this matter is closed. On July 31, 2015, I signed contract with Don W[redacted] from Big Al's septic tank LLC, to install Jet Class I 500 gpd (aerator) w/pump and control panel. Install 700 sq ft of Leaching Trenches, 500 gal lift station with Pump and Alarm. Install 500' perimeter drain around new leaching trenches w/open discharge. Install "D" box to reconnect old leaching. Import about 70 ton topsoil. Pump, crush and fill existing septic tank. Projected start 8/10/15. Completion date 8/25/15. I tendered two checks, one on 8/04/15 and second and final one 8/27/15. Paid in full.
The perimeter drain was approx. 3 to 4 foot off my property line. Should have been 10 ' inside my property. Don said he will be back in a week or two to do any grading if needed. Big Al's Maria is difficult to reach by phone, and abusive when called. Cusses, screams and becomes hostile, and then denies getting mad. I called [redacted], Licking Co. Health Dept for any input on moving line.
9-30-15 Don did move perimeter drain away from the neighbors property and brought a little dirt in a small truck. I asked Don if he had a different phone I could use and not go thru the office. Don relayed he heard her talking on phone to me the other day.
11-09-15 Aerator making excessive noise. Unable to reach Don by phone. Left message to return my call. Called [redacted] Aerator repair and explained problem. Turn the Aerator off and "[redacted]" will check it out tomarrow. 11-10-15 Per [redacted], Distribution box is only flowing down channel #3, no flow in #1 or #2. call your installer.
11-12-15 About a 30" sink Hole appeared over the old septic tank area.
11-15-15 Don checked "D" box, filled sink hole. Brought Small dump truck load of dirt. Don left "d" box fine. Big Al 'I'll be back later in the day to spread it".
On or about 2-01-16 my neighbor brought his small tractor with a scoop lift to help me disperse the pile of dirt left by Don 11-15-15 but not spread, and tore two channels.
4-22-16 Noticed part of the channels showing thru dirt and after the spring rains. Called Don @ Big Al's and req they return my call. Called [redacted] at Board of Health.
4-25-16 [redacted] found the following areas "un-acceptable" and gave Big Al one week to correct. - Needs more dirt to cover channels
- Needs Topsoil not clay
- Needs " D" box leveled
- Elbow does not presently fit on run #2
- Fittings need glued within "D" box
- [redacted] took pictures of all problem areas.
- [redacted] requested I call her after Big Al touches base with me within one week.
- I called [redacted] per her req to advise of no contact by Big Al or Don W[redacted].

If these folks would spend more times completing their work in a timely manner and less time spreading rumors and falsehoods about their cash paying customers, they would be much farther ahead.
I am proud to relay after nine months of you folks playing you pre school antics my job and your errors are now complete @ Only took them less than Two days.

My parents built a new home and had requested septic services from this company. They put in a tank and put sewage in as well. My parents, who are older, called and complained, only to get yelled at by the woman they spoke with. My parents had no choice but to get the health department involved, and they could not believe what they saw, and sided with my parents. These people have no class and no respect in how they treat their customers and they should be put out of business. I am so livid and disgusted at their conduct and would tell anyone to stay far away from this company. They know they are wrong and what they did, just no class.
