I met with Mr [redacted] to inspect his bed liner that had recently been installed in his vehicleI was expecting to see a bed liner that was in rough shapeWhen I examined the bed liner I found no serious issues with the linerEvery liner is installed on its ownThere can be differences in each liner, that does not mean one was wrong or one was rightEach is its own linerThe issues that Mr [redacted] is mentioning are really not issues at allThe "Lifting of the edges on the tailgate, if it should occur, is remedied by using and adhesive to tack the corners back down and help hold them in placeThis is a standard operating procedure as per the manufactureThe supposed damage on the tailgate was not damage at allThe supposed bubble from the "glob" that was on the truck was not even in the area where the "glob" was removedWe can refer to the pictures he sent to meI told Mr [redacted] that I was more than happy to tack down the corners and correct the the other issues he purposed but was not allowed the opportunity to correct the proposed issuesHe thanked me and leftI do believe he just wants money refundedThe email he sent me before he brought me the vehicle to inspect warned me he was looking for some type of refundHe said the job was rushed and is what it is and he wanted to know what he could receive for a partial refund.I explained to him that I could not offer a refund without seeing what the issues wereLike I said, I was hard pressed to see what the refund issues could be after looking at the bed linerWe are still more than happy to take corrective measures that we see as appropriate to correct the issues that he is proposing, but I think he is more interested in a refund than any corrective measures that we would take
