This customer ordered a propane tank to be delivered to her homeSeveral days later she visited our storeWhen she entered the store, she said that we delivered an old tank to her homeI explained to her that I would gladly send a truck to her home to exchange the tank but she said she didn't want itI explained again that we would deliver another tank but she said noShe then stated that she returned her BBQ grill because she has a problem with the company that sold her the grill and didn't need the tank any longerI then explained that there would be a fee as we can't resale the tank we delivered to her and had to send the tank out to be refilledShe then threatened meI then asked her to leaveShe then said "I will create a problem for you"I asked her to leave againIn an effort to resolve the issue we sent a truck to her home and credited back her credit cardThis lady is extremely nasty
