Review: I had an oil to natural gas burner convertion installed on 6/**/2013. I had 120 days to have the final inspection done with con ed. Big Apple kept giving me exuses to set up date for final insection. The 120 days ran out had to get new case # which took them 2 months to get.Now I have a new case # and im getting more excuses I can t get them to come and do the final inspection. Its been 8 months since the job was done!Desired Settlement: PLEASE get them to come do the final inspection THANK YOU!
