Big Apple Security

Review: Big Apple Securities company sold me their services, promising training, assistance in obtaining an Armed Security Guard license and a guaranteed a job placement and “sponsorship”. I was charged $4,204.75 and paid with my CITI master card. The owner of the company, [redacted], charged my credit card via her landlord’s credit card terminal and I, not being aware of the fraud, signed the receipt. [redacted] and her company did not provided the services she promised and I requested my money back. [redacted] asked me to do “charge back”, after which she disappeared and her offices were closed. I have contacted my credit company, CITI cards, for a refund, but they refuse to refund me the money, since “the services were provided”, disregarding the fact that they were not provided to me and the transaction was unauthorized and thus, fraudulent. Now I am trying to recover the funds which were stolen from me by the Big Apple Securities and it’s officer, [redacted], who resides at [redacted] Please help.Desired Settlement: I would like my money be refunded ASAP
