Found Big Pple Furniture online, went there begining of Jan, Carlos wolked me through the store, we picked murphy bed and custome sofa bedLast week finaly we made purchase, today everything were delivered and assembledLooks and fits perfect in my appartment

This is the most terrible service I have ever receivedThe items were damaged from this furniture store and when asked to replace them, they made it seem like they were doing me a favorThey tell you they call you and no one doesThey schedule deliveries with one hour notice in the middle of the dayCarlos is extremely rudeThey sent me a ripped couch and no furniture doctor was ever sent to fix itAvoid at all costs! Also they sent me damaged items they didnt even bother fixing!!!!

Yes, I got my money 100% back for the furniture.However, the nature of may complain was that business sold me furniture as “Made in
US” however when I opened the box it clearly stated that it was made in Russia and it was very low quality with multiple chips and long scratches.Business never contacted me about corrections they supposed to make on their website to reflect that the furniture Made in Russia and not in US. Thankks, *** ***

The business offered to replace the leg of my couch for $140.00, to which I agreed. This interaction occurred over the phone. 
 
They then contacted me via email and stated that they would NOT be assisting me in getting the part from thier distributor unless I removed a negative [redacted] review. Unless I delete my [redacted] review, they won't help me.

This business also goes under the name "[redacted]" I placed an order, then didn't hear anything for a month. When I contacted them, they said they would check the warehouse & get back to me. They did not get back to me, so I emailed again. In a poor, unprofessional email, I was told that their manufacturers were backed up & that they were delayed in getting out orders. I waited another month, and still nothing, so I emailed again. When there was no response, I threatened to contact the Revdex.com, and gave them another chance. Still no communication, which is scary when credit card information has been entrusted to the company. In looking back at the online reviews, it seems likely that they were posted by employees. Wish I hadn't wasted time and frustration on this - hoping I can save someone else the trouble.

Review: Hello,W bought one coffee table from [redacted] on 11/**/2014 (order #:[redacted]).We paid $295.42 via [redacted]Product was shipped to us on 11/**/2014 via [redacted].(trucking numbers:)[redacted]We get two packages on 11/**/2014. Last package arrived on 11/**/2014 This table was shipped as pack of 3 with different tracking number.On thew first shipment we get only ottomans and gas top.But glad top arrived completely broken. When I open package I cut my finger and I start to bleed and I have a cut on my finger.We contacted company via e-mail ([redacted]) and via phone number (###-###-####) immediately. (11/**/2014)But unfortunately we get answer from the company on 11/**/2014 after phone contact. They said they are working on the claim with [redacted] company and they said we have to wait for longer time. They only said to us one e-mail :COPY: Hi,As we spoke you can trash the broken glasses!Thank you. On the 12/**/2014 we get another reply after we sent couple of e-mail to them.:COPY: (dated: 12/**/2014)Hi,We getting your new glass this Thursday then we will ship it out thank you. On the 12/**/2014 we asked the company to refund our money back.But we get only one simple answer via e-mail communication.:COPY: (12/**/2014)Hi,We got [redacted] picking up a new glass for you Tomorrow we will email you the tracking # then thank you.In the same dat on the 12/**/2014 we get another respond.:COPY:Hi,[redacted]AS YOU CAN SEE THE PACKAGE NEWER WAS SHIPPED TO US!!!!!This was the last under from them on 12/**/2014 after we made a complain with [redacted] (they refused to refund the money):COPY:Hi,For return you gonna have to be responsible because we also had to wait to get the new glass for you since your didn't refuse up on delivery time the broken glass we couldn't the claim with [redacted] there for we can not arrange a free return.We are asking to refund or payment.Desired Settlement: We are asking to refund our payment for the table which we never get from them.We are asking to refund on the full amount of $295.41We also would like to make a small complain and law suit against the company if we are not satisfied and we are not get the payment. .Thank you.[redacted]

Review: I spent over $2000 for a sectional (Feb. 2014). It took four months to arrive (July 2014) and two of the "metal" feet have snapped clean off of it (August 2015 and December 2015) in the year and a half that it has been in my possession. I've contacted BASF and they made me pay $140 for replacement part and service charge to replace the first broken foot. Carlos did help me the first time. He assisted in getting me the replacement foot and scheduling the repair. Now that a second foot is broken, he's not answering the phone and has informed me that he won't be helping me if my couch breaks again. Granted, I've sent him a few juvenile emails, but none that I recall cursing in, or anything like that. My sectional has urged, exposed, broken metal, which could easily injure someone. He's telling me that I didn't purchase a warranty. When I told him I wasn't offered one, he told me that I didn't ask for one and that he was unable to read minds...huh?!

This company sells shoddy furniture that looks nice on the Internet. Their customer service is pathetic and they're a TERRIBLE business. The products are junk and made in China/elsewhere overseas. I purchased this couch in good faith that I was working with a reliable company with quality products. I was wrong.Desired Settlement: I had to pay $140 for a replacement part once already. Now my couch is broken again and I have a house full of people coming over for Christmas. I want my $2000+ and $140 back, and this couch out of my apartment!

In the very least, I'd like a replacement foot overnights to me, free of charge, as well as a few back up feet, so I don't have to deal with Carlos Montana when this sum couch breaks again!
