[redacted] brought in her car for an over heating issue, we found a bypass hose leaking and replaced itAdditionally Big changed out the gas cap for an evap leak we found as wellAll was replaced all under goodwill for no chargeAround the date of November 20, Big also offered to repair an intake leak at no charge but the customer has never returned the vehicle for this lengthy repairWe contacted [redacted] on March 17th after receiving this complaint, she agreed to bring the car in on March 20th and did not make her appointment and has not returned the manager [redacted] call sinceWe need her to bring the car in so we can perform the intake repairs and look at the other issues
