Big Az Promotions, Mr [redacted] was initially forgetful, not remembering what the price quote was for the service requestedSo when Mr [redacted] called the day prior to delivery and was very loud, and when asked about the delivery fee that he had forgotten to mention, he began to shout at my wifeI should mention there fee was not unreasonable, it was just news to us, mr [redacted] yelled so loudly that I was in the next room, and I could hear him shouting through the telephoneMr [redacted] was less than professional and when I asked why he was shouting, he responded that he does so much business he doesn't need mine When I questioned whether he would treat me this way if I was in front of him he immediately lost it and took it as a physical challenge and invited me to meet him at West world in ScottsdaleTempting but uncivilizedMr [redacted] customer service skills are non-existentPerhaps he needs a vacation I will go out of my way to tell everyone I can tell about his unprofessional and unacceptable behavior

I used these guys for my mom's 50th birthday partyI rented a tent and tables and chairsEverything went off without a hitch and she head a great time....I'll be calling them again for my son's birthdayThanks Jim & the Big AZ crew!

So happy to have found Jim B[redacted] and his crew for our Phoenix Veterans Day Parade. They did an awesome job helping us with our large helium balloons and way finding balloon set ups in our staging area. The ease of access for our entries with their "big balloons" helped us to ensure we have a smooth flowing staging process. And the way they helped us with Uncle Sam, the Eagle and the Purple Heart, were truly respectful and patriotic. Jim you guys rock, so honored to have you on-board. Looking forward to working with you next year!
