Review: A brand new polyester blouse, wore only once had a perfume spot by the left shoulder side. I took it to the Big B Cleaners and showed the lady worker my blouse had a perfume spot and she assured me they will take care of it. We use this dry cleaners a lot. The next day when I picked it up, along with some men's shirts, I was very upset when I saw the blouse with additional spots on the front and back that were not there when I dropped it off. They appeared to be chemical or steam related. In addition they had apparently caught the back of the blouse and pulled a thread on it causing the back to be puckered. I was even more upset when they said that I dropped it off that way, especially after I had shown the original spot to the clerk. The blouse is now ruined after only one cleaning.Desired Settlement: If they can repair it that would be fine but they did not even offer that. I would like it replaced or the value of the blouse refunded to me which is $59.95 bought at [redacted].

Firm state that snag was already on blouse and was checked by the boss. Cleaners were able to take the spot out and repaired the snag. The husband who brought the shirt in said he understood that the perfume spot had spread and was satisfied with the end result. They did not charge the complainant for the cleaning or repair.

Review: I dropped off a dress to be cleaned and pressed on Friday, June 21st. I picked up the dress late Friday afternoon. Saturday morning, I took the dress out of the cleaning bag to put it on, and the bottom back of the dress was torn and not repairable. I contacted the cleaners asking to speak with the manager, and the clerk said, "I can't help you with that one." I called twice that morning and never received any assistance. Monday morning, I went to the business and spoke with the manager, [redacted]. He looked at the dress & agreed that it could not be fixed. He said that the owner, [redacted], would have to be contacted since I was wanting to be reimbursed for the dress. He then explained that Mr. [redacted] never returns phone calls and said I would probably never have this resolved and then laughed. I called another store location and spoke with a woman. She was very nice, but she also stated that Mr. [redacted] does not return phone calls and does not handle complaints and that I would probably never hear from him. Mr. [redacted] has never responded to any of my messages.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed the $56 for the dress so I can purchase another one.
