Good morning! Here is our response to Case #XXXXXXXX
*11/27/17; I spoke to the member to understand her position, and told her I would get
back to her
*11/to 11/30; I did account and situation research
*11/30/17; I spoke to her and here were the solutions to her issues:
1) I had her fee in question refunded on 12/
2) I recommended to her to keep the $transfer option to cover any future over drafts instead of the $NSF feeI used the example "If you had two overdrafts, would she rather pay $or $68?"
3) I recommended she selects the line of credit loan option as well to cover overdrafts since there is no fee to this service and she already has a line of credit loan with us
4) I recommended to her she decides what priority she wants to cover any future overdrafts - transfer from savings as first option then line of credit as second option...or vice versa
I told her to contact one of our Member Relations Specialists to set up the line of credit loan overdraft option and to set the priority order since I am not able to*** appreciated my assistance and even said that no one was able to assist her and inform her of her options as detailed as I didI also told her that all future issues with fees and any possible refunds had to go through meShe was grateful and the conversation ended on a happy note
