Big B Tree Service

Review: Contracted with [redacted] of Big B Tree Service to have a tree removed from backyard. Work was not to begin until I was home the following day. They came in before I was there, felled a large tree, which smashed into 2 other 25 five foot trees. This was done on July 17. He gave me the name of an insurance agency which has never heard of either him or his tree company. He said he would come back the next day to finish the job. The next day, supposedly he had flat tires and would finish on Saturday. He did not show up but called and would come on Monday. He also said his sub-contractor was the one who had cut the tree. On Monday his "sub-contractor" called and said [redacted] wasn't coming and demanded to be paid up front to haul the huge tree and branches out of our yard and wasn't going to do anything about the damaged trees.Desired Settlement: The job to be finished, the tree and branches cut up and removed, the stump ground down, the damaged trees to be either trimmed or cut down, the broken hanging branches are dangerous and an adjustment in price to compensate for the damaged trees.
