The renter was aware of the cancellation policy and is upset that we enforced a cancellation feeOur policy is for the protection of people cancelling their reservationThe renter was paid back his initial deposit less cancellation fee on the original agreementApparently he didn't bother to read the cancellation policy and came up with many excuses to why we shouldn't charge him the feeI don't see a valid dispute on his end

The renter then cancelled the whole reservation so they incurred the original 20% on their first reservation. The money was refunded for the difference and the client received the money a few days after the 30 days.
We also ultimately caught the renter in a lie for his excuse for cancelling the reservation for military leave which never happened.
