This lady is full of herself. She agreed and knew what was going on and now almost a year later she's crying fowl. She agreed to pay the $ and had no problem doing it. We NEVER said we would not do it if she did not pay. She's a LIAR and she's the fraud. She states that she will take it another way well, it is on. Going to refer to our Attorney for all the lies she has stated and slander, defamation of our good character. We did what the CONTRACT stated and was signed by her. Yes, there was an earlier e mail that was sent in error but she was told before we picked her things up what was going to happen. We are done with this lady and will let our attorney handle it from hear. We know where she works on where she lives so our attorney will be getting a hold of her. She won't be able to hide from the truth!!!!

I am rejecting this response because:
The real fraud is Big Bear Moving. I did not know in advance that the 10/23/was going to be an ESTIMATED delivery date. This information of a combined load was not made known until THE DAY OF THE PACKING AND LOADING! Essentially it was like having my household goods held hostage and that a $ransom will provide for a delivery date that was already agreed upon. As previously stated "ad nauseum", I would not have picked this company had all the information that came to light when my household goods was being packed and in transit was made known prior to the moving date. I do not care about the cost of $plus packing costs. I was quoted an estimate of $for a flat rate for the move. I do not need prayers from a fraudulent company; empty words and promises. Completely unprofessional and awful customer service. Will take this matter to another means than the Revdex.com if necessary

I' m sorry but this move took place almost a year ago and we have no recollection of it. I can say we never charge someone more for service unless some aspect of the move changes and...

is approved and agreed by the customer. I have tried to call the consumer several times to have a conversation with her but she has not returned my calls or messages left. She has never reached out to me since the move even though she states she talked with me during the move. As the move was almost a year ago the paper work is no longer readily available to us so we don't even know if we moved this person..It would be so much easier if this person could reach out to me and have a conversation ! We are a faith based company and we would do anything to resolve this mater if we are in the wrong or made a mistake but to come at us almost a year latter saying all those mean things is not reasonable or true.

Could you please resolve the complaint and unpublished it? We resolved our complaint with the company.

Customer made a mistake and said he had no complaint. He sent us an e mail stating he removed it..Great couple pleasure doing business with them.
